Canadian soprano and pianist Rachel Fenlon brings her self-accompanied performance of Schubert’s Winterreise for her Hong Kong debut. 

Rachel Fenlon has distinguished herself internationally with her unique self-accompanied song recitals, showcasing her exceptional talent as both singer and pianist. She brings these talents together in Schubert’s Winterreise, becoming the first artist to record this masterpiece with self-accompaniment. Traditionally performed by a man and written from a male perspective, this emotionally rich and deeply poetic work finds new life through Fenlon’s female transposition.
